My animal!

Hello internet! Welcome to my blog post! A blog post where it can always find a suitable habitat. Speaking of habitat, I made a  hybrid. For those who don’t know, a hybrid is an animal that merged with another animal to make a hybrid. Usually fiction.  My animal was a mix of,

  • head: wolf
  • body: white tiger
  • tusks: wild boar

After we finished our animal, we made a habitat for the hybrid. My habitat was a snowy field, with a cave, with a small lake and some hares for my hybrids to eat. Well, that’s all loyal blogger! I  hope you enjoyed my blog. Goodbye!🤗

Explanation Writing T3 W10 Butterfly Life Cycle

Hello internet! Welcome to my blog post. A blog that has a lot of stages in a Life Cycle.

This Terms Writing topic was an explanation writing. It is a text that explains something. It sounds simple, but many people use this type of writing.

First things first, we had to make a Cornell Method planning sheet. You write a key word, then write some sentences about the key word. Second of all, you needed to make the actual writing. Using the ideas in the plan, you transferred those ideas in a google doc.

Finally, the video it self. Don’t take my words for it, I will show you it.

Writing

Egg Stage

The cycle begins with the female butterfly laying its eggs. After 4-10 days, it starts to hatch. After touching the leaf’s surface, it eats its shell that it came out of.

After eating the shell for nourishment( which takes about a minute.) it starts eating the leaves that he was on. After finishing that, he looks for more leaves and food.

Larvae stage

After consuming enough leaves (which takes about 10-14 days) it sheds its skin.

It does this for about 5-4 times. While the larvae keep consuming, it gets prepared for the Chrysalis form.

Chrysalis stage

When the caterpillar reaches maturity, it finds a good spot to hang. When it finds a spot, it starts to spew the silky shell and covers itself with it like a blanket. It takes around 21 days for it to get out of the cocoon.

Butterfly/Adulthood Stage

The butterfly inside, cuts its way out. This time, it does not consume the cocoon. Instead, it clings on the branch, and dries its wings. It will take about 1-4 hours. When ready, it flies away, repeating the life cycle of a butterfly.
